SID2SID
- Install a second SID in your C64

To fully enjoy the Prophet64 Cartridge the user can double up the audio power in his or her Commodore 64. All Prophet64 Cartridge editions support a second SID installed.

Traditionally this has been done by piggy-backing another SID circuit on top of the old one which means not only soldering the two chips together but also creating a rat's nest of wires and components inside the computer.
For this reason, 8bit ventures developed a do-it-yourself (DIY) printed circuit board that accomodates two SID circuits along additional components for the SID #2 output amplifier.

The circuit board has printed component outlines and a well explanatory assembly manual to guide the user through collecting components and installing/soldering them.

The PCB is only 4 EUR
Price is for a SID2SID board only, components are not included.

NEW: Hole size increased to 1.0mm for easier assembly.
